How do I return an item?
The return policy governs any purchase made through our retail website located at https://www.mix-sales.com.
14 days return policy:
The 14 day period is a "cooling off" period. We authorise the return on products that are brand new and un-used only.
Mix Sales Online Shop offers a 14 days return policy for defective items from the date of arrival at your location. Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This does not apply to defective items.
- Any item lost in the mail will not be the responsibility of Mix Sales Online Shop, we advise a secure and insured reputable courier.
Customers should be aware that merchandise sold at mix-sales-shop.com are parallel imported items, therefore manufacturer warranty's are not applicable.
All returned items for refund must be Brand New and un-used, unless otherwise faulty.
All returns, for any reason, must be packaged with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
Returned items must be bubble wrapped. Customers should not write any messages or print any labels on the product's packaging. Customers must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without a RMA number will not be accepted by mix-sales.com You, the customer, assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.
Please include the following information when returning an item:
- Your RMA number on your invoice (Please do not write on the item box)
- A copy of your original invoice with the RMA number (inside the shipping box).
- A note stating the problem if you would like the return for replacement or exchange
